Meet Kristen
I'm a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist and a licensed master's addiction counselor, and I've spent my career sitting with people in the hardest parts of their lives.
I work with trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, self-esteem, and addiction of every kind — drugs, alcohol, sex, gambling, porn. None of it shocks me, and none of it makes you a project to be fixed.
EMDR is central to how I work with trauma. Beyond that, what I offer is a room where you can be honest, someone who won't flinch, and enough structure that being honest actually goes somewhere.
I'm licensed in both Kansas and Missouri, and I see clients in person at my office in Overland Park.
